TERMS OF SERVICE

Everything for sale on this website is in stock unless otherwise stated as a pre-order item or out of stock/sold out.

We may contact you with offers, new release info and auctions as and when they happen. If you do not want to receive anything like this then please let us know.

We use Paypal and other variants of payment systems. These are all trusted and secure.

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for UK/European orders, the rest of World 12 working days.

My shop dosen’t accept order cancellations.

Returns, you have the right to return items within 7 working days except original artwork and Framed Artwork, as it is custom made to order, unless damaged or faulty then the item will be replaced. if you are not happy in anyway please contact us before returning. Once returned a refund will be issued minus any postage costs.

 *Please note that there is no returns on discounted or special offers items.

Damaged items , please contact us immediately if a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 working days - or we may not be able to help. A replacement can be made and sent once the claim has been processed by our courier (This can take up to 28 working days).

Lost in post items, please allow 14 working days for second class and 10 working days for first class items to be declared as lost item

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
